Oh at last! The answer! Since having toddlers who always want to eat snacks in the car or at any given moment when we are out and about, I’ve reluctantly bought little bottles of hand sanitisers. I just know they would have been tested on animals and I don’t like the idea that the children (and me) are eating food with those yucky chemicals on our hands. Thank you for the great tip!

You can find good quality oils at health food stores and online (try Young Living Oils). Yes, the oils do sanitize your hands! Different oils have different properties like antimicrobial, antifungal, etc.
AND they smell good!

I’m confused… so the oils sanitize your hands? I thought they were just good smelling oils… I didn’t realize they had sterilization properties. If so, I’m all over this! Thanks!

I’m forwarding this to Phyllis to use after she teaches yoga class! During shivasana she goes around and does a little head/neck massage for each person. I’ve been looking for a natural sanitizer for her to add to the oil she uses. It may not really be necessary but it might be. Hey… it couldn’t hurt!!!
