When I work with clients I often give them lists of suggested recipes, easy snacks and meals-on-the-go. Then they always ask me:
Alexandra, What do you eat?
So I’m going to start offering proof of how I eat on a regular basis! I won’t be vigilantly cataloguing every single meal like some foodies, but I will be giving you a general idea to show I “walk my talk!”
Today’s breakfast: Purple Smoothie!
A simple mix of thawed frozen blueberries and cherries (organic), a few raw baby bok choy leaves, banana, almonds and sunflower seeds (which have been soaked overnight in water and drained), Vitamin C powder, liquid chlorophyll and rice, hemp or almond milk. (I like to add my supplements into my smoothie!)
Even my picky 3 year old loves it!

Hemp is a perfect food. Simply put—Balance within us, equals balance around us. Hemp is a high vibration food. As esoteric as that sounds, the EFAs, protein, fiber and minerals in hemp create a balance within our bodies. The more you consume hemp, the more effortlessly you will manifest balance in the world around you. It’s a sweet ripple effect. When you feel amazing, you attract amazing. People and events begin to unfold. Sweetness is just there, as it’s always been. Only now you recognize it – and that feels amazingly gratifying – then you feel it is your mission to not only spread the light, but to be that light so others can open up too.
–I noticed you had said hemp was mad illegal in 1957. This date is worth looking into.
